Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy explains how the mobile applications published by AO Arcade handle information. AO Arcade is a game and character label of The Accidental Order Inc. ("we", "us"). It applies to all apps published under the developer name AO Arcade, including 극한 드리블 (Extreme Dribble).

What we do not collect

Our apps have no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, contacts, photos, files, or location. We do not collect device identifiers such as IMEI or Android ID. Our apps request no device permissions for the camera, location, contacts, or storage. We cannot connect the data described below to your real identity, and we do not sell or rent any information to anyone.

What we store on our server

To run leaderboards, our apps send the following to a database we operate (hosted on Supabase):

We use this data only to display leaderboards and to keep progress consistent inside the app.

Where this data is stored

Our leaderboard database is hosted in Seoul, Republic of Korea (Supabase, region ap-northeast-2). If you play from another country, the data described above is transferred to and stored in Korea.

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, this transfer relies on the finding that the Republic of Korea provides an adequate level of data protection — the European Commission's adequacy decision of December 2021 and the United Kingdom's Data Protection (Adequacy) (Republic of Korea) Regulations 2022. No further transfer safeguards are required.

What stays on your device

Your coins, best record, total distance, games played, unlocked kits, badges, boosters, attendance days, sound and language settings, tutorial progress, and a copy of your nickname are saved in your device's local storage (SharedPreferences). Some of these — total distance, games played, and coin balance — are also synced to our server as described above. Everything stored on the device is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-party advertising

Our apps show rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. These are optional: you choose whether to watch one. There are no banner or interstitial ads. To deliver and measure ads, Google may process:

Google collects this data under its own policies and we do not receive it. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. Your choice is stored on your device and you can change it at any time from the app's settings screen. This form is not shown to users outside those regions, where ads are served without it.

Purchases

Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases of coin packages. Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or handle your card number or billing details. The app records the order ID, the product ID, and whether the item was delivered, so that a purchase is not granted twice.

Retention

Leaderboard entries are deleted automatically 12 months after they were last updated. If you keep playing, your entry stays; if you stop, it is removed on that schedule without any action from you. Data held on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete your leaderboard entry at any time, free of charge.

  1. Open the settings screen in the app and copy your identifier (user_key).
  2. Email contact@accidentalorder.com with your nickname and that identifier.
  3. We delete the matching entry and confirm by reply, within 30 days of your request and usually much sooner.

We ask for both items because there is no account: together they are the only way to tell your entry apart from another player's. Without them we cannot confirm that an entry is yours.

You may also ask us to confirm what data is associated with your identifier, or to correct it.

Your choices

You can change your nickname at any time, play without submitting a score, choose not to watch rewarded ads, control ad personalization through the links above, and request deletion as described in the previous section.

Age

Our apps are not directed to children, and they are listed on Google Play for users aged 16 and over. You must also meet the minimum age set by the law of your country for the processing of personal data — for example 14 in the Republic of Korea, 13 in the United States, and between 13 and 16 in the European Economic Area depending on the country. If you are below the age that applies to you, you may not use our apps. We do not knowingly collect information from such users; if you believe one has submitted a nickname or score, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data sent between the app and our database is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to the database is restricted to us. No system is perfectly secure, but the data we hold is limited to the items listed above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps change. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's store listing.
